Empowerment Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapeutic plans based on clients’ unique needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group, individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Excel in record-keeping, ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional education and training by participating in workshops and conferences to remain current with developments in the field of mental health.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create comprehensive care plans and effectively coordinate services for clients.

As an LCPC at Empowerment Care Services, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Our focus is on providing ethical, culturally competent care that prioritizes client autonomy and empowerment.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a strong preference for work in outpatient settings.
• Proven ability to understand and apply legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport across diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment.
• Competency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technological tools to support client care.

• Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance misuse treatment are highly valued.
• Experience working with underrepresented communities or in settings with a focus on accessibility and inclusion is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and caseload.
