Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to join our dynamic remote team. This position is remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you have access to ongoing support from a multidisciplinary team. Regular team meetings and training sessions help maintain an atmosphere of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories with substance abuse and related mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs regarding addiction and underlying mental health issues.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Regularly review progress with clients and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective support and increased motivation for recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with members of the treatment team to provide integrated, client-centered care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Educate clients' families about substance abuse and recovery processes, fostering their involvement and support in the treatment journey.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices, contributing to quality assurance processes.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing challenges related to substance abuse, many of whom may also face additional mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Our approach is tailored to empower each client by providing engaging, empathetic, and tailored therapeutic interventions that address both their current struggles and long-term recovery goals.

• A valid professional license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling and therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based methodologies related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in outpatient addiction treatment settings, particularly those who can demonstrate a track record of successfully leading clients toward meaningful recovery outcomes. Specialized training in trauma-informed care or co-occurring disorders would be a valuable asset.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and credentials.
