Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advisor for our clients, helping them evaluate their coverage needs and finding the best protection for their specific situations.

Cultivate new business opportunities through thoughtful networking and community engagement in and around California, Maryland.

Review existing policies regularly to ensure clients remain properly protected as their lives or businesses evolve.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the most favorable terms and rates for our clients.

Mentor junior members of the office, sharing your expertise and helping them grow their own professional confidence.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation and policy management tasks.


Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of five years of experience managing a commercial or personal lines book of business.

Strong command of agency management systems and quoting software.

In-depth understanding of Maryland insurance regulations and market trends.

Clear and articulate communication skills for both client meetings and internal collaboration.
