Position Title: Customer Service & Client Specialist
Location: Mobile, AL 36618

Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain (within 60-days of hire), an active Alabama Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer Insurance License as a condition of employment

Position Overview

The Customer Service & Client Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to existing clients by managing accounts, processing policy changes, answering customer inquiries, and building long-term relationships. This role focuses on client satisfaction, account retention, and identifying opportunities to meet customers' insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Process policy updates and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage based on customer needs.
  • Support daily agency operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Active Alabama Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License, or willing to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service or insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with computers and insurance management systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 (based on experience)
