You will build strong relationships with clients by assessing their healthcare needs, reviewing medications, provider preferences, and coverage goals, and recommending solutions that best fit their circumstances.In this full-time sales opportunity, you will thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where your success is rewarded. You will also support individuals and families seeking coverage through Pennie, ensuring they understand their options and can confidently select plans that support their health and financial well-being.**Key Responsibilities:**In this role, you will identify clients' insurance needs and recommend products and coverage solutions that best align with their healthcare and financial goals. You will proactively follow up with prospects and existing clients to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process. Success in this position requires meeting established sales goals and performance objectives while developing new business opportunities through networking, community involvement, and referral partnerships.
