Job description

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Growth Operations Analyst to join our Producer Oversight Team.

About the role:
The Growth Operations Analyst manages important processes and is the subject matter expert on workflows and best practices within a processing team, and provides support and training to other team members. You will use your expertise to partner cross-functionally to design new tools and to produce the best processes and procedures across departments.
You will report into the Associate Director of Sales Operations.
Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $26.87 - $35.27 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year
Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales operations processes
  • Become the subject matter expert on workflows and best practices. Use this expertise to support the development of team members and support them on issue resolution.
  • Escalate issues through proactive identification and monitoring of processing to management or other teams and partner with them on resolution
  • Create workflow documentation and resources for the team
  • Lookup and pull data from databases using internal tools
  • Build relationships with company partners
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of work experience in health insurance, utilization management, or operations
  • 1+ years of technical proficiency working with Google sheets, excel, and databases
  • 1+ years of experience supporting building workflows, improving operations, or project management

Bonus points:
  • A bachelor's degree, associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior work experience in tech, healthcare, audit, or management consulting
  • Experience writing and running SQL queries
