We are seeking an experienced IT Program Director to lead and oversee our portfolio of IT projects and initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and management of multiple IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering value. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT program management, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT program strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and IT teams.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure IT programs support business needs.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT program management.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting on program progress to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within IT programs.

Qualifications:
