  • Run structured governance: intake, prioritization, backlog, change control, and release management
  • Manage vendors and external partners to deliver on outcomes, SLAs, and budget
  • Oversee data quality and compliance, including testing strategy, validation, and audit readiness
  • Plan and lead UAT, training, and enablement to ensure measurable adoption
  • Maintain documentation for process maps, configuration decisions, integrations, and SOPs
  • Monitor post‑launch health, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
  • For generalist HR PM scope: plan and execute cyclical processes such as payroll, performance review, and bonus cycles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven delivery of Workday initiatives across multiple modules and integrations
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, and downstream impacts
  • Experience with agile or hybrid delivery and release cycles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset with strength in testing, data validation, and metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certifications in HCM, Absence/Time, Payroll, Talent, or Integrations (not required)
  • Hands-on with EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and security model design
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Clarity, or Smartsheet
  • Background in organizational change management and training development

Location
