Job Overview
The Product Information Associate III supports customers, distributors and the outside sales team by providing accurate, timely and quality work.
Job Requirements
  • Prompt handling of all customer service requests, including but not limited to quotes, technical product information, application questions, and customer contract resolutions.
  • Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and derive market intelligence.
  • Ensure timely responses to customers.
  • Work with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to resolve questions on orders including but not limited to pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers.
  • Work with team members to meet customer's needs.

What your background should look like
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • High School, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
  • 2 or more years of related work experience.
  • Electrical or industry related experience is desired.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Position requires sitting for extended periods, bending, walking, talking, and arm and finger movement.

Work Environment:
  • Work performed in an office environment.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,600 - $57,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
