Job Description
Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Stability Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our GMP stability program by ensuring accurate sample management, stability chamber operations, and logistical coordination across internal laboratories and the global Eurofins network.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment, is comfortable working with laboratory systems such as LIMS, and demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, log, and manage analytical samples according to established GMP procedures and internal workflows.
  • Prepare and label samples for internal testing or shipment, including coordination of domestic and international shipments.
  • Place stability samples into chambers and verify correct labeling, placement, and inventory documentation.
  • Monitor stability chambers, perform daily checks, and maintain organized, compliant storage conditions.
  • Pull samples at defined time points and transfer to laboratories for testing in alignment with study schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine chamber and sample audits.
  • Enter and manage sample and study information within LIMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including laboratory operations, project management, and quality to ensure seamless workflow execution.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GMP/GLP requirements, internal SOPs, and Eurofins quality standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and 1+ year(s) of direct experience or a college degree in a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a wide range of environmental conditions, from extreme cold to high temperatures
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
  • Experience using LIMS or similar laboratory informatics systems.
  • GMP experience/exposure

Additional Information
Working schedule will be Full-Time, First Shift, M-F 6am-2pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply. No relocation assistance will be given. 25% travel may be required. This position is NOT remote.
