Clinical Systems Specialist
The Clinical Systems Specialist supports the day-to-day performance, optimization, and adoption of evolvedMD's clinical technology ecosystem. This role works closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and cross-functional partners to ensure clinical systems are functioning effectively, supporting clinical workflows, and enabling high-quality, efficient patient care. This is an execution-focused role ideal for a self-driven, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn, problem-solve, and grow within clinical operations and healthcare technology
Location
This position is based out of evolvedMD's corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a hybrid work schedule.
Compensation
  • First year compensation $68,000 to $78,000 annually (DOE)
  • Metric driven bonuses
  • $1,200annual technology allowance
  • 401(k) company match up to 3%

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Systems Support & Optimization
  • Provide day-to-day triaging support across clinical technology platforms, troubleshoot system issues, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in system configuration updates, testing, and releases while monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.

Workflow & Operational Support
  • Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure systems align with clinical workflows and operational standards.
  • Help maintain standardized processes across markets to reduce variation and support consistent operational execution.

Training & Adoption
  • Support onboarding and training of clinical and operational staff on systems and tools, including development of basic training materials, guides, and documentation.
  • Act as a resource for system-related questions and day-to-day usage support to promote adoption and effective tool utilization.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, IT, BI/Analytics, and external vendors to support system updates, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements.
  • Translate basic operational needs into system-related tasks or requirements and help coordinate.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a natural curiosity for learning new systems.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with EHR systems or healthcare technology platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, care coordination models, or collaborative care environments a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
