The Director of Quality Informatics provides oversight of analytic activity in support of Quality Metrics and Healthcare Services Operations.

  • Five (5) or more years of experience using SAS, SPSS, or other equivalent data analysis tools

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and presents summaries of analyses to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides insight, advises quality improvement teams, and responds to regulators' requests on quality metrics through presentations, detailed narratives, etc.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop analyses to support strategic goals.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (including IT) and external providers / partners to develop additional data sources to support quality metric activity.
  • Provides training, orientation, performance appraisals, hiring and disciplinary action of the informatics staff.
