This Licensed Mental Health Counselor role is primarily remote, allowing you the convenience of working from home while also being part of a vibrant outpatient office community. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, followed by the creation of individualized treatment plans that are rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique requirements of each client, effectively promoting personal growth.

As a vital member of our team, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. • A current and valid license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable the establishment of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients through their challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within a private practice environment.
• Proficiency in teletherapy techniques and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Specific training or certification in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar modalities.
