• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insightful understanding into clients’ mental health challenges, using standard diagnostic tools and methods.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, employing clinically validated modalities that cater to the distinct needs of each client.
• Offer one-on-one therapy sessions, which may include modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based techniques tailored to client preferences.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, while regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment approaches to ensure positive outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for those who may face mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to ethical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops, training, and supervision sessions to remain abreast of advancements in mental health best practices.

The clients you will serve at Guide Point Health span various demographics and experience a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, enhancing the therapeutic relationship.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach when engaging with clients, acknowledging their unique stories and struggles.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities, allowing for successful case load management and timely completion of administrative tasks.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Experience with various treatment modalities and a strong understanding of mental health diagnostic criteria.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and comfortable utilizing technology for client interactions.
