- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods that align with individual patient needs, honoring their cultural backgrounds.
- Facilitate various therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group formats, to effectively address a spectrum of mental health concerns and foster resilience.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care.
- Respond to mental health crises with immediate intervention, employing crisis counseling techniques to support patients in distress.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatments, and pertinent community resources, empowering them with knowledge.
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal obligations.

Qualifications- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Tennessee.
- Proven knowledge of mental health disorders, cultural competence, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Experience providing individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.
- Exceptional crisis intervention capabilities with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer applications.
- Commitment to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding professional boundaries.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently within a multidisciplinary team environment.
