In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities designed to foster personal growth, resilience, and holistic well-being.
• Set specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients' accessibility challenges, leveraging contemporary video conferencing technologies for effective intervention.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to the highest ethical standards of practice.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to share insights, strategies, and support colleagues in their professional development.

Our clients range across various demographics, many experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to utilize your skills in culturally responsive therapy. This role is vital in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing them with the tools to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a related field; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for licensing.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A compassionate disposition, an empathetic nature, and a non-judgmental attitude when interacting with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• Experience in working with clients facing trauma, anxiety, or depression.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools.
