This role operates in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the clinic's collaborative environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, psychiatrists, and other social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. Regular team meetings and virtual consultations will foster a strong sense of community and shared purpose.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for various individuals within our client base, considering each person's unique background, concerns, and risk factors.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, targeting specific mental health issues and promoting recovery and emotional growth.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices to help clients navigate their challenges.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to encourage personal growth, emotional development, and interpersonal skills enhancement.
• Work in concert with other mental health professionals to coordinate treatment efforts and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Serve as a crisis intervention expert, prepared to respond effectively to complex mental health emergencies and provide de-escalation strategies.
• Equip clients and their families with psychoeducation, empowering them to recognize and engage with their mental health concerns and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including assessments, treatment progress notes, and compliance records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in staff development activities and leadership roles to facilitate continuous learning and improvement in mental health services.
• Stay informed of relevant mental health regulations and best practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

The LCSW will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds who are experiencing mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, and adults requiring support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. As part of our community health clinic, you will play a crucial role in addressing systemic barriers to care and ensuring that our services are accessible to all community members.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health context, preferably within a community health or educational setting.
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and trauma-informed practices.
• Proficiency in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy, with adaptability to integrate various therapeutic approaches.
• Strong crisis management skills, able to maintain poise in challenging situations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building abilities, essential for working with a diverse clientele.
• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a good level of computer literacy.

• Experience in community health settings or schools where multidisciplinary collaboration is emphasized.
• Familiarity with the unique mental health needs of diverse populations, particularly those facing socio-economic challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and communication across teams.
