Behavioral Health Technician / Mental Health Support Specialist (Per Diem)
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Up to $21/hr | Flexible Scheduling | Day & Night Shifts Available
We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable professionals for a Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) facility providing 24/7 support services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance abuse challenges.
This is a per diem opportunity offering excellent flexibility for candidates seeking supplemental income or adaptable scheduling.
Available Shifts
  • 8: 00 AM -8: 00 PM
  • 8: 00 PM -8: 00 AM
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and supervision to consumers
  • Assist with and model daily living skills
  • Monitor and document consumer behaviors, symptoms, and concerns
  • Communicate observations to clinical team members
  • Participate in shift reports and team collaboration
  • Provide transportation as needed
  • Support a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
