Drive the production of high-quality digital health content that powers engaging user experiences across Philips' oral healthcare platforms,specifically our digital and connected apps for adults and childrenaround the world.


Your role:

  • Lead end-to-end content production for digital health experiences, creating and coordinating user experience (UX) and health content while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Philips brand standards.

  • Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, Marketing, Localization specialists, Procurement, and external agencies to deliver scalable, high-quality content across multiple digital platforms and global markets.

  • Manage production workflows frombrief to creating and delivering content, balancing creative excellence, technical accuracy, speed, and operational efficiency while continuously improving processes and production standards.

  • Coordinate localization activities, digital asset management, and content publishing to ensure seamless delivery of consumer-facing experiences for both adult and pediatric audiences worldwide.

  • Grow your expertise within a global HealthTech organization while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to innovative digital healthcare solutions, and expanding your project management and content operations capabilities.


You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired2+ years of experience in Content Production, Content Operations, Digital Production, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or related digital content environments. Experience withinPersonal Health/Wellness,Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or highly regulated industries is preferred.

  • Your skills includeproject management, stakeholder management, UX content production, localization workflows, content quality assurance, process improvement, and working with content management and digital asset management platforms.

  • You have aBachelor's or Master's degree inWriting,Digital Media, Media Technology, Animation, Film, Photography, Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience writing/creating content for both adults and children is a plus.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

On-site roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Washington is $110,000 to $174,000 annually.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted range depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous paid time off, a 401(k) plan (with up to a 7% company match), a Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions, an employee stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the pay range for their role. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each candidate, including their qualifications and experience.
