Overview

In this role, you will work closely with individuals facing behavioral challenges, providing support and implementing behavior management strategies. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for clients through effective intervention techniques and personalized care plans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of behavioral principles and demonstrate empathy and patience in all interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
  • Collect and document data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions.
  • Provide direct support to clients in various settings, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and management, employing de-escalation techniques as needed.
