• Develop and implement personalized, recovery-based treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Continuously assess individual treatment needs and adjust plans in response to client progress and challenges.
• Create client service plans that incorporate therapeutic goals, resources, and community connections to facilitate recovery.
• Employ effective counseling techniques to help clients build essential skills such as coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and health communication techniques.
• Educate clients on available community resources, acting as their advocate to connect them with necessary services.

Your primary focus will be working with adults who face varying degrees of mental health challenges. Many clients may struggle with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment difficulties. You will play a critical role in fostering their independence by guiding them through their therapeutic processes and equipping them with valuable life skills necessary for community living.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure in the state of Georgia as any of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth systems and basic computer applications required for client documentation.

• A proven track record of providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
• Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and knowledge of community resources.
• Understanding of therapeutic methodologies tailored to diverse client needs.
• Ability to deliver effective skill-building activities and support clients in developing hobbies and interests that bolster their wellbeing.
