Requirements
- Required: 1 year of skilled home health RN experience
- Required certification: BCLS/BLS
- Oasis experience required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the home setting, including assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound care, including the use of V.A.C.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures.
- Manage and care for medical devices such as G-tubes, colostomies, and PICC lines.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
