In this role, you’ll work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to identify, attract, and place top healthcare talent across the East Coast. You’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare facilities by connecting qualified professionals with meaningful career opportunities while helping maintain exceptional standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and screen healthcare professionals for open positions

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking

  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

  • Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, facility leaders, and hiring managers
