Client Details A well-established commercial contractor delivering complex healthcare, federal, and commercial projects across the Southeast with a supportive, entrepreneurial culture. Description * Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation. * Lead coordination with owners, architects, subs, and field teams. * Oversee healthcare compliance, inspections, and quality standards. * Drive procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change management. * Foster strong team communication and problem-solving. Profile * 5+ years of PM experience in hospital or medical office projects. * Strong construction document and technical knowledge. * Construction degree preferred. * Military background welcome. * Motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on leadership style.
