  • Develop proposals and financial plans; prepare preliminary man‑hour budgets with CRM, Department Head, or Operations Director.
  • Ensure contracts are fully executed by the appropriate Principal and align the team to contractual obligations.
  • Lead effective project kick‑offs to convey scope, standards, budgets, roles, risks, and expectations.
  • Finalize discipline work plans and task‑hour budgets with design leads; update plans as conditions change.
  • Establish schedules with client input; set interim milestones for timely information flow and coordination.
  • Schedule and sequence work; communicate action items; monitor manpower plans across disciplines and maintain profit variance within targets.
  • Maintain complete project documentation and organized storage; keep logs current (RFI, submittal, decision, risk).
  • Facilitate meetings with owners, clients, architects, and contractors; document decisions and follow‑ups.
  • Track budgets, fee burn, and earned value; recognize how hours charged impact revenue and forecasts.
  • Identify, negotiate, and administer fees for additional services; process change orders promptly.
  • Prepare and implement proactive QA/QC plans; coordinate timely reviews and submittals to meet standards and contract requirements.
  • Manage Construction Administration to help ensure installed systems conform to design intent and quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate invoices are issued promptly; track AR status and update projected monthly revenue.
  • Resolve design and coordination issues by analyzing root causes and driving cross‑discipline solutions.
  • Supervise close‑out activities including punchlists, documentation, filings, lessons learned, and archive.
  • Build and grow client relationships through exceptional delivery; engage in business development with current and potential clients to expand services.

Who We’re Looking For
