About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated In Home Health Care Aide to join our team in Columbia, SC. As an In Home Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their physical and emotional well-being, while also assisting with daily living activities. Your dedication to providing exceptional care will make a significant impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of a state-approved In Home Health Care Aide training program.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
