About the role
Join HealthFitness and make a meaningful impact on employee well-being! We're seeking an experienced Health Educator to deliver innovative wellness programming at our corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin. You'll lead restorative Sound Bath sessions, facilitate wellness retreats, and help create a culture of health, mindfulness, and resilience. This is an exciting opportunity for a wellness professional who thrives on connecting with people and delivering engaging experiences that inspire lasting lifestyle change.
Part-time, 5 hours/week
Responsible for supervising and monitoring on site events, including all aspects of the event the before, during, and after.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entirety of the event and address any questions or concerns with the client/vendors.
  • Prepare venues by setting up chairs, stages, and other equipment. Dismantle and clean up after events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Assist in evaluating the event's success and participate in post-event clean-up.
  • Direct guests to their seats, provide information, and assist with any queries.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the event adheres to safety and health regulations.
  • Address any issues or emergencies that arise during the event.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute, or National Safety Council.
  • Experience leading wellness events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with attendees.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted.
  • Must be able to work Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $30 - $50 per hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
