Integrity is actively recruiting aHealth & Safety Coordinatorto join our expanding team!


The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting safety initiatives across all facilities, and helping maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.


The Health & Safety Coordinator will report directly to the Health & Safety Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct injury and incident investigations
  • Act as secretary for for all 7 Joint Health & Safety Committees
  • Follow up on corrective actions for safety concerns and hazards
  • Assist with ongoing safety training initiatives
  • Conduct safety orientations for new hires
  • Maintain and update JHSC boards across all facilities
  • Work alongside Health & Safety Leader and assist the department as required


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Health & Safety related role
  • Interest in improving the safety of processes and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
