About the Role:

The Home Health Aid plays a critical role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in their own homes. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients by supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs while promoting independence and dignity. The Home Health Aid collaborates closely with healthcare professionals and family members to implement care plans tailored to each client’s unique requirements. This role demands a high level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Ultimately, the Home Health Aid contributes significantly to enabling clients to maintain their comfort and autonomy within a familiar environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet health screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a Home Health Aid or in a related caregiving role.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
