Headshot Photographer – Corporate Executive Headshots Project Type: W-2 Contract / On-site Photography Date: January 14, 2026 Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM Location: Phoenix, AZ We are seeking a headshot photographer to capture professional executive headshots during a leadership conference. The photographer will work efficiently on-site to photograph approximately 10 executives, delivering polished, high-quality images suitable for corporate use. Responsibilities Capture professional headshots of approximately 10 executives on-site Set up and manage lighting, backdrop (if needed), and camera equipment Provide light direction and posing guidance to ensure consistent, professional results Manage time efficiently to photograph all participants within the scheduled window Deliver high-resolution digital images in a timely manner Requirements Proven experience photographing professional or executive headshots Access to professional photography equipment suitable for indoor corporate environments Ability to work comfortably with senior-level executives Professional, punctual, and reliable on-site presence Job Details Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Temporary Job function: Art/Creative Industries: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
