About the role of a Machine Operator Trainee: The Header and/or Roller Trainee is an entry-level position for candidates who is inclined to learn and become qualified Cold Header or Thread Roller Operators. Experienced header and roller operators are in high demand and key to our business. The training program is set up similar to an apprenticeship program with classroom activities and hands-on training and mentoring by highly experienced trainers and operators. Prior experience is not necessary. Only applicants with a desire to learn, grow, and succeed need apply.
