Position Description: Title: Positive Pay and Treasury Analyst Location: HQCompany OverviewWe are a growing, fast-paced property management company specializing in the management of residential and commercial real estate portfolios, including manufactured home communities. We are currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to provide strategic support in the growing accounting department with positive pay and other treasury functions. Cash Management & Treasury Operations• Update company cash positions with various banking partners daily.• Initiate payments (ACH, wire, etc.) through the banking portals.• Perform daily positive pay operations on the company’s bank accounts.• Transfer funds between accounts as needed.Banking & Financial Relationships• Assist the treasury department in opening and closing bank accounts and saving support in the appropriate folders.• Liaison with banking partners on reconciling items and items that need investigation.Reconciliations & Financial Oversight• Perform daily/weekly bank account reconciliations, GL activity, and investigate reconciling items.• Work with property accountants and accounts payable to ensure accurate transaction processing.• Assist the treasury head with ad hoc analysis.Systems & Process Improvement• Utilize banking platforms, accounting systems, and treasury management tools efficiently.• Support process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.• Prepare process flows for the corporate treasury function.Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.• 2+ years of progressive treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or accounting experience required.• Experience in property management, real estate, or multi-entity organizations strongly preferred.Skills & Competencies• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial reporting.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.• Understanding of treasury operations, banking procedures, and cash management best practices.• Experience with accounting software, online banking platforms, and property management software such as Yardi or Rent Manager preferred.ScheduleOffice hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.This role is an in-office position at our headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI. $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annually
