Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $22.00-34.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
$1,500 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment
First Shift
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 6:00Am-4:30PM
  • 4-Day Work Week
Second Shift
  • Monday - Thursday
  • 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
  • 4-Day Work Week
  • Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
Weekend Shift
  • Friday-Sunday
  • 6:00AM-6:30PM
  • 3-Day Work Week- work 36 hours get paid for 40
  • Additional $1.50/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and pulse welding on metal components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts are welded accurately.
  • Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), control plans, and work instructions.
  • Set up welding equipment and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
  • Inspect work using tools such as calipers, weld gauges, and tape measures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a 3G Vertical Up weld test using .035 solid wire with pulse welding.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and welding specifications.
  • Experience with MIG and pulse welding processes.
  • Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
  • Experience using inspection and measuring tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
