OVERVIEW:

The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for supporting daily store implementation of visual standards,directives & driving consistent visual merchandising standards across House of Sport to achieve the company'sgoals pertaining to brand standards, product presentation and product sell-through.

  • Promotes visual merchandising excellence in assigned House of Sport location through understandingof brand strategies, gameplan integrity and thoughtful merchandising.

  • Makes adjustments needed to maintain strategies and create elevated presentations.

  • Supports House of Sport store team with major gameplan sets by understanding merchandisingstrategies and ensure game plan integrity.

  • Partners with store team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives.

  • Remerchandises product to maximize sales and reacts to trends, weather and inventory levels.

  • Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance withcompany directives.

  • Maintains daily standards of all mannequins, forms, displays and strike-points of assigned areas.Focuses on Head-To-Toe merchandising, outfitting, accessorizing, newness, trend, and curation topromote and build the basket.

  • Utilizes merchandising best practices to maximize space and inventory variability.

  • Engages in behaviors that are in line with House of Sport customer service standards, thus providing allathletes with an outstanding store experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
