The Studio Manager reports directly to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager and serves as the primary leader responsible for overall studio success, team performance, and member satisfaction. Generate sales leads through community outreach, grassroots marketing, referral generation, partnerships, and other operational and marketing initiatives. Monitor operational performance and partner with studio teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and improve overall studio effectiveness and performance. Support resolution of operational issues related to employee relations, human resources matters, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and facility maintenance. Utilize meetings, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms to drive alignment, communicate priorities, and ensure operational consistency. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, upkeep, and functional efficiency of the studio facility and fitness equipment in accordance with company and brand expectations. Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and facility repair needs to support a safe, clean, and fully operational studio environment. Support execution of new studio initiatives, process improvements, and company programs designed to enhance operational efficiency and member experience. Work Environment This position operates primarily within studio environments, with regular time spent working at a computer, communicating with team members and members in person and by phone, and utilizing standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. The role requires frequent movement throughout studio locations, including prolonged periods of walking both inside and outside of the studio environment. The position also involves regular interaction with team members and members in active fitness studio settings that may be loud or fast-paced at times. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
