  • Gesamtverantwortung fur den kaufmannischen Bereich des Unternehmens (Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Treasury und Einkauf) mit direkter Berichtslinie an die Geschaftsfuhrung

  • Sicherstellung "klassischer" FinanceThemen: fristgerechte Jahresabschlusse (HGB), koordinierte Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprufern, sowie verlassliche Finanzbuchhaltung

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines aussagekraftigen Fertigungscontrollings (Kalkulation, Deckungsbeitrage, Maschinenstundensatze, Produktivitatskennzahlen) zur Steuerung von Werk und Produktion

  • Professionalisierung von ReportingStrukturen: GesellschafterReporting an AURELIUS Wachstumskapital, ManagementReports, Forecasts und Liquiditatsplanung

  • Verantwortung fur Bankenmanagement und Treasury: Sicherstellung der Finanzierungsstruktur, Covenants im Blick behalten, aktives Cash und WorkingCapitalManagement

  • Mehrjahrige, einschlagige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich eines mittelstandischen Fertigungsunternehmens, idealerweise in leitender Funktion als Kaufmannischer Leiter, Head of Finance o. A.
