Job description

Job Title: Head of Maintenance Assistant
Location: Florida High-Rise Condominium
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Head of Maintenance Assistant for a high-rise condominium in Florida.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Head of Maintenance with daily building operations, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Duties may include electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical, pool area, garage, trash room, common areas, and responding to resident maintenance requests.

The candidate must be dependable, organized, hands-on, and able to work well with residents, staff, vendors, and management.

Requirements:

Experience in condominium, hotel, commercial building, or high-rise maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, pumps, doors, locks, and general repairs is helpful. Must be able to lift, move equipment, use tools safely, and follow instructions.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
