About the role

As a Partner Marketing Specialist at Insight, you will support marketing initiatives for partners within the Insight Managed Partner Program. You will collaborate closely with the partner management team, partner marketers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to execute sales engagement and demand generation activities that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and margin performance in alignment with Insight’s go‑to‑market objectives.

In this role, you will help coordinate and implement marketing campaigns by managing timelines, aligning on deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of required materials. You will also support program tracking, reporting, and stakeholder updates, as well as assist with partner relationship activities, including basic reporting and proof‑of‑performance documentation as needed.

You’ll be part of a high‑impact, collaborative team that plays a meaningful role in advancing Insight’s business and driving success for our partners. As a key connector across teams, you help turn strategy into action—aligning people, priorities, and execution to deliver results that matter.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated, multi‑touch marketing campaigns that span email, web, digital programs, and events—bringing partner and internal teams together to deliver cohesive, high‑impact programs.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate partner goals into clear campaign strategies, messaging, and measurable marketing objectives.

  • Serve as a key point of coordination across partner marketing, campaign, enablement, content, digital, and event teams to ensure seamless execution and strong campaign motions.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns to agreed sales motions and embed marketing tactics into priority accounts and target areas.

  • Help teams bring partner stories to life by ensuring compelling, up‑to‑date content across partner web experiences, partner stores, and internal brand touchpoints.

  • Support campaign operations by maintaining documentation, providing status updates, delivering clear reporting to stakeholders, and ensuring timely proof‑of‑performance submissions.

  • Assist with campaign logistics including basic budget tracking, funding documentation, audience and account targeting, and intake of partner marketing activity requests.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation

  • Experience working with external partners or vendors in a marketing capacity

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Nice to have: experience using project management tools such as Asana

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, webinars, landing pages, paid media, content)

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and KPIs

  • Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset, with an eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Project Ownership

  • Completion of specific workflows, tracking KPIs of those projects, and recommending optimizations.

  • Executing specific partner-funded marketing tactics for small partners and tracking results

  • Tracking and reporting on individual campaign KPIs

  • Managing small-to-mid scale projects

  • Documenting standard operating procedures

  • Creating partner plans with PMM oversight
