JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Purpose: Would help coordinate front desk procedures, shift expectations, and basic staff accountability.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Help train front desk attendants
  • Communicate desk procedures and expectations
  • Help track recurring arena issues
  • Make sure setups are reset, and arena expectations are followed
  • Relay concerns to the Program Director and Student Director

Reports To: Program Director, Student Director
