Job description

Description
We're looking for a Head of Production to run day-to-day on the fabrication floor. This person keeps the shop organized, the team aligned, and the work moving - deciding the right way to build things and ensuring the team executes consistently and efficiently.
You'll own the micro-level tasking and daily triage: assigning work, sorting priorities, coordinating people, and keeping every station productive. You'll work closely with leadership in a tight two-way communication loop.
This role is hands-on, people-driven, and technical. You should be someone who can lead by example, set the tone on the floor, and jump in on key fabrication work when needed.
Responsibilities
$43
Qualifications
• Fabrication experience (fiberglass, carbon, epoxy systems)
• Experience leading or coordinating teams on the shop floor
• Strong ability to break down complex builds into clean, efficient sequences
• Confident in deciding fabrication methods independently
• Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on fabrication
• Strong technical drawing interpretation and spatial reasoning
