We are building the definitive AI-powered crypto search engine, transforming how users discover, analyze, and interact with on-chain and off-chain data. Our mission is to make the complex world of crypto instantly accessible through intelligent, natural-language search. As Head of Growth, you will architect our user acquisition strategy, leveraging data-driven approaches to scale our platform into the go-to gateway for millions of crypto participants.

Core Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the overarching user acquisition strategy, focusing on sustainable growth loops and high-retention onboarding.

  • Lead performance marketing efforts across digital channels, optimizing spend based on rigorous CAC and LTV analysis.

  • Implement growth hacking experiments to identify new channels for user expansion, from viral referral programs to SEO-driven content strategies.

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate growth-focused features and reduce friction in the user journey.

  • Manage and analyze the full growth stack, using data to drive decisions on product positioning and marketing messaging.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition, specifically within the fintech, crypto, or AI sectors.

  • Proven experience leading user acquisition, performance marketing, and growth hacking initiatives.
