Job description

Head of Advisor Growth & Sales Leadership
  • Franklin, TN
Head of Advisor Growth & Sales Leadership

Do you love developing people just as much as driving results?

Our client, a rapidly growing independent wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced sales and business development leader to help financial advisors grow thriving practices.

This is not a traditional sales management role. Rather than selling products or managing outside sales representatives, you'll serve as the strategic leader responsible for advisor growth, coaching, business development, and practice management across a multi-office organization.

Working closely with executive leadership, you'll create scalable programs, coach advisors at every stage of their careers, develop future leaders, and foster a high-performance culture focused on organic growth, advisor engagement, and long-term success.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the firm's advisor growth strategy
  • Coach and mentor financial advisors to increase business development effectiveness
  • Build accountability systems that drive advisor performance
  • Develop sales training, coaching, and leadership development programs
  • Partner with marketing to maximize lead generation and advisor growth initiatives
  • Improve advisor retention, engagement, and overall experience
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices across advisor teams
  • Lead practice management initiatives that help advisors scale their businesses
  • Build and develop a team of advisor coaches and business consultants
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Executive-level leadership experience
  • A successful background leading sales organizations or advisor development teams
  • Experience coaching high-performing professionals
  • Strong business acumen and practice management expertise
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to influence without micromanaging
  • Experience creating scalable growth strategies and processes
  • Financial services or wealth management experience strongly preferred
Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is an opportunity to influence the future growth of an established, rapidly expanding wealth management organization. You'll help shape the next generation of advisors while building systems and strategies that create lasting impact across the firm.
