  • Setting vision and strategies to raise $2.6 million for TFA Connecticut in fiscal year 2027
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
Qualifications
  • At least 7+ years of related experience in development and fundraising context
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious goals as a donor portfolio manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred: Fundraising certification (CRFE/CRFM or equivalent) and/or related Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, M, Non‑Profit Management)
  • Preferred: Knowledge and experience in the Connecticut fundraising landscape
