Job description

Fusion Academy is the school that changes everything! We are a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12, where personalized education unlocks the full potential of each student. As Head of School, you’ll lead a campus that inspires, empowers, and builds a thriving community where learning is truly customized for every student.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration.
  • Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth.
  • Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events.
  • Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 3–5 years of successful school leadership experience.
  • Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance.
  • Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams.
  • Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, or business development.
  • Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
