Job description

About Respiris

Respiris is built to ensure that no one faces career transitions alone.

We are creating a modern alternative to traditional outplacement by combining human connection, structured coaching, community, and AI-enabled tools to support individuals during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their professional lives.

We partner with companies to support employees with greater care, consistency, and credibility during workforce change. Respiris sits at the intersection of service, community, and technology, creating a model that is both deeply human and built to scale.

This is not legacy outplacement with a new label. This is a new category built for how work, networks, and transitions actually happen today.

About the Opportunity

Respiris is building a network of Founding Partners to activate and grow markets across the United States.

This opportunity is designed for experienced operators who have already generated meaningful independent revenue and want to add outplacement as a high-margin, relationship-driven revenue stream.

As a Founding Partner, you are not reselling a centralized service. You are building the market with us.

You will deepen relationships with existing clients, create new entry points into organizations navigating workforce change, and position yourself at the center of one of the most critical moments in the employee lifecycle.

This is an additional revenue stream designed to complement and expand your existing income portfolio.

What You'll Do
  • Build and activate a local market within your existing network
  • Develop relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, CFOs, Legal leaders, Founders, and executives
  • Position Respiris as a trusted partner for outplacement and transition support
  • Generate introductions, referrals, and partner company relationships that convert into revenue
  • Deliver structured coaching to individuals navigating career transitions
  • Facilitate engagements across a three-month lifecycle (10 sessions per engagement)
  • Host or support curated events (e.g., Stranger to Friends) to build trust and visibility
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder on market activation and growth
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve execution, organization, and coaching quality
  • Build a repeatable revenue stream layered into your existing work

Requirements

What Makes a Great Founding Partner
  • You have experience as a Head of HR, HRBP, recruiter, advisor, or operator
  • You have generated at least $50,000 in revenue under your own EIN (required)
  • You understand how to build and manage client relationships
  • You are trusted by senior decision-makers
  • You are comfortable navigating sensitive employee transition moments
  • You can turn relationships into revenue opportunities
  • You are highly relational and commercially minded
  • You are comfortable using modern tools and AI platforms
  • You are willing to invest time, effort, and capital into building a market
Non-Negotiable Requirement

All candidates must have generated a minimum of $50,000 in independent revenue under their own EIN, regardless of current employment status (W-2, founder, advisor, or otherwise).

This ensures Founding Partners have demonstrated the ability to build, sell, and deliver independently.

What This Is Not

This is not a fit if you:

  • Have not generated independent revenue
  • Do not have an EIN or business activity
  • Are looking for passive leads
  • Want a traditional salaried role
  • Are uncomfortable with relationship-driven selling
  • Are not prepared to invest financially
  • Respiris accelerates operators. It does not create them.
How the Model Works

Respiris is a B2B company. We sell to organizations, not individuals.

Founding Partners generate revenue through:

  • Existing client relationships
  • New executive relationships
  • Workforce transition events

Each engagement averages $1,500 and includes:

  • Ten sessions over three months
  • Structured coaching
  • Flexible scheduling
  • AI-enabled tools
Performance Expectations

Respiris is built on execution, community, deep empathy, and artificial intelligence

Within 9 months after completing the Academy Tracks, Founding Partners are expected to:

  • Activate their market
  • Acquire new logos / business
  • Build company relationships with HR, Operations, Finance
  • Strong support candidates, and
  • Generate revenue

If these are not demonstrated, the partnership will not continue.

Benefits

CompensationFounding Partner
  • $10,000 commitment
  • $5,000 upfront
  • $5,000 earned through generated revenue
  • 60% revenue share
  • ~$900 per candidate engagement
Path to Partner
  • After generating revenue across 10 client logos, Founding Partner to be Promoted to Partner
  • 70% revenue share
  • ~$1,050 per candidate engagement
