Job description

Fair Hills Resort is seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team for the summer season. This position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of over 100 guest units—mostly 1-3 bedroom free-standing cabins—which receive weekly maid service.

As Head Housekeeper, you will supervise a team of 12–15 staff members, create weekly schedules, assign tasks, train new employees, and ensure all cabins meet the resort's cleanliness standards. You’ll also help maintain the housekeeping shack, keep supplies organized, and step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed
