Your Impact

Providing a safe, scalable, and operationally excellent environment for a rapidly growing global workforce, the Head of Global Real Estate is responsible for executing facilities and real estate strategy across manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and office environments worldwide.
In this role, you will ensure facilities infrastructure, capacity planning, and operational continuity align with business growth, acquisitions, compliance requirements, and long-term strategic objectives. You will partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to support expansion, optimize the real estate portfolio, and maintain resilient global facilities operations.
Your work directly enables our teams to innovate, build, and deliver life-saving technology to law enforcement and public safety agencies worldwide.

What You'll Do

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Global Site Strategy & Expansion

  • Execute global facilities and real estate strategy aligned to enterprise growth and geographic expansion.
  • Oversee acquisition, construction estimates, expansion, consolidation, and disposition of global facilities.
  • Develop, manage, and track global facilities operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Support M&A activities through facilities due diligence and integration planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support manufacturing operations, R&D labs, distribution centers, and front office environments.
  • Drive facilities-related business continuity planning and operational readiness.
  • Develop and maintain global real estate portfolio and develop policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Create cost model pro formas for real estate transactions
  • Coordinate with external real estate partners to develop letters of intent (LOIs) and favorable lease terms
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive global facilities leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of global real estate portfolio management and commercial leasing regulations.
  • Experience managing facilities across manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and enterprise office environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale construction and capital projects.
  • Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and capital planning.
  • Experience supporting high-growth, acquisitive, or enterprise-scale organizations.
  • Experience operating in regulated, government-contracted, or public safety environments preferred.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
Work Location

This role is based out of our Phoenix, AZ location. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Mondays through Fridays. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
