- Working with the Aquatics Manager to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques.
- Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits.
- Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions to keep our team top-notch.
- Training new instructors on our curriculum so they’re ready to dive in.
- Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors.
