WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
You'll head out in the morning and clean several residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point system — a proven, room-by-room checklist that takes the guesswork out of every job. No two homes are exactly alike, but you will always know exactly what is expected. Your day wraps up in the late afternoon.
What you clean:
• Bathrooms — toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Kitchens — countertops, appliances, sinks, and surfaces
• Dusting — furniture, light fixtures, baseboards, and details
• Floors — vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General tidying and staging to make every home look its best

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• No cleaning experience required — we train you on the MaidPro way
• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time independently
• Positive attitude and clear communication
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Valid REAL ID driver's license (or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks of hire) and reliable transportation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to pass a background check
