SOUS CHEF
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef at our High Point Fort Mill community. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The Sous Chef reports directly to our Director of Dining Services who oversees day to day operations of the community's Back of House Food amp; Beverage department.
